Free legal advice and referrals for low-income and indigent individuals living in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Anyone who contacts the clinic may have an intake interview with a volunteer lawyer or paralegal, who will help the individual assess his or her legal needs and provide limited advice and referrals to appropriate partner agencies for direct representation.
